In Which the Ringmaster Hears Music, Sweet Music
I feel like the mad scientist that emerges from his laboratory screaming, "I DID IT, I DID IT!"
I DID IT! I DID IT!
This afternoon, after several months of trying and 2 major software revisions, I managed to get Jinzora Music Service installed on the Techno Bohemia server! I've imported an "album's" worth of music by Brian "Radio vs Static" Clark and I'm in the process of uploading a spoken word album by Brian Saunders!
It's going to take a week or two for me to learn the idiosyncracies of the program and a few days to customize it with a TechBo theme, but the new Techno Bohemia Music Service should be up and running by the middle of August!!
I'm hyped! This was the big new feature I REALLY wanted to roll out for the new site design! It will allow us to host original music and poetry by local artists and it will act as a structure to host our own Podcasts, should it ever be necessary.
I had to tell someone, and in the absence of any human beings that might actually care, I thought I'd post it here.
